The group contest and individual finale of English Learning Conference of MOA was held in Beijing from July 24 to 25, 2014. CABTS won excellence awards for both group and individual categories. The objective of the contest was to enhance English proficiency to help agricultural diplomacy; the theme was rooting in China’s agriculture, farmers and rural areas and keeping the world in perspective. The efforts were made to create good environment for learning English in MOA system.
Along with increased international exchange and cooperation and the deepening of multilateral and bilateral cooperation, English as a tool of exchange its importance and functionality have become more and more obvious. CABTS cashed in the opportunity of the contest and urged all staffers to further enhance their capacity of using English and to lead CABTS to the path of learning organization.
